हम और तुम

तो हैं एक सही

अंतर मन की गहराइयों में

कुछ यूँ दफ़्न पड़ा है

कि ऊँचाइयों से पड़ी नज़र में

सब समतल सतह है।

A past holds guard

I have gathered from it

A fortune of experience

Picked colours to use

On blank canvas 

That faces as future

Waiting to be written 

And painted in hue

Of red and orange

Yellow and green and blue

Indigo and violet too

Ache to emerge, 

Splash, and speak of splendour

That in sheer white

Is representative of You.  

Forever in Love

The obituary read;

In faith lay its essence

Spirituality defined its vision

To serve for a healed humanity 

Was undying passion

Quest for Truth

Remained inspiration

And yes -

Forever in love, 

this soul found Itself.
