कहने और सुनने का 

तो रिश्ता है हमारा तुम्हारा

मैंने ख़ूब कहा

तुमने भरपूर सुना - 

अब मेरे सुनने की है बारी ।

Love is here 

Refusing to be withheld 

By any holding dam

Threatening to burst

Heart at seam

So tell me my Love -

How I ought express 

My fondness or yearn

That"s been seeded 

Now raring to sprout

It wants to dig deeper at root

I wonder 

From where to learn

How to cuddle, embrace

Surrender to Grace

Burying the material to unite

How does indeed 

The form of finite 

Dissolve itself to be one

With the formless Infinite?

हर कहानी वही है

वक़्त के दलदल पे

लुढ़कते फिसलते

कई रस्सी लगी हाथ -

बस वो जो सिरा

था तुमसे जो मिला

जब उसे पकड़ लिया 

तब जा पैर जमा 

तेरे बन्दे ने ली

राहत की अंगड़ाई है ।

कहाॅ आता मुझे

बाँधना, बंधाना

जो तुमपे कोई रोक धरूँ

सो ख़ूब उड़ो

स्वच्छन्द फिरो

ये आकाश तुम्हारा है।

दुख से तो दिल का 

गहरा रिश्ता है

हर दुख दर्द का बीज धरता है

आँसुओं से सिंच 

इक नया अस्तित्व सजता है!
